How it all began...
In our culture, we don't ask, "How are you?" – we ask, "Have you eaten yet?" In southern countries like Portugal, everything revolves around food. Not just because it tastes good – but because it connects people. Stories. Generations.
And this is where our story begins. With a simple gift. With a profound feeling. And with a small village in northern Portugal.
When our daughters were born, there were no monetary gifts. Instead, we gave them something that would last a lifetime:

With time, with effort – and yes, even with rubber boots – we began to bring back what had been lost.

We searched for a long time – and found exactly what we ourselves love and want to preserve with our trees in the future: an organic olive oil that not only tastes good, but also stands for appreciation, connection, and responsibility. And it is precisely this oil that we wholeheartedly share.
Our own olive trees are still young – they grow with dedication, patience, and plenty of sunshine, but they aren't bearing fruit yet. Until then, we're relying on what we discovered in Portugal: an organic olive oil that has delighted us – honest, intense in flavor, and rich in natural antioxidants.
What many don't know: Portuguese olive oil, especially from the north of the country, stands out from the well-known olive oils from Spain, Italy, or Greece due to its high quality. Old, regional olive varieties such as Cobrançosa, Verdeal, and Galega, the dry microclimate, and the traditional, gentle processing methods result in an oil with exceptional character – fruity, green, slightly peppery, and packed with healthy polyphenols.
Our two daughters are right in the thick of it. They plant, water, climb, and learn. Not from a schoolbook, but directly from the soil of Portugal.
We want them to understand: nature is not a trend. Nature is home. And someday – when they are grown up – they will stand under this tree and say: "This is where it all began."
