Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process. Different shipping charges may apply for deliveries to other countries.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, delivery is generally made within 3–7 business days, and no later than two weeks after the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment).

For international deliveries, delivery times may be longer.

Custom-designed or personalised products may have different delivery times. The applicable delivery time will be indicated in the respective offer or during the ordering process.

Shipping Provider

Orders are generally shipped via DHL GoGreen or a comparable shipping service provider.

Partial Deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will be charged as a result.

Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our online withdrawal form or send us a clear statement via email using the sample withdrawal notice below to info@landbande.com; however, this is not required.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
 

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please do not return goods to us carriage forward (unpaid).

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
 

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;

• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

In the case of digital services (e.g. accompanying updates as part of olive oil packages involving tree sponsorships), the right of withdrawal may lapse prematurely if we commence performance of the service after you have expressly agreed and confirmed that you will thereby forfeit your right of withdrawal.
